All of our rooms are double en-suite, comfortable, tow have fantastic views overlooking Derwent Valley. Each room is fully equipped with TV, radio alarm clock and tea and coffee making facilities.

Our Bed & Breakfast rates are £70 for a double room or £50 single occupancy (no single supplement charge) per night. Check-in is after 2pm and rooms are to be vacated by 10am. No pets are allowed in the rooms and a 20% deposit is needed for advanced reservations which can be made by cheque or debit card over the phone.

To compliment the success of our Bed & Breakfast packages we've converted 'The Old Courtyard Bar' into a self contained holiday cottage which sleeps up to 5 people.

With 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and a private garden area it is beautifully presented with a mixture of contemporary and traditional styles and features.

It's a great base for any short or long stay break.
